Nathan was knowledgeable and efficient

Nathan came to service our i3 following service messages on the BMW app. We thought the quote from the BMW dealership was overpriced for an hour or so’s work. Nathan was knowledgeable and efficient and we will definitely use him again.

12/1/26 Another service for my BMW i3 which was due. Nathan, again showed himself to be knowledgeable about fully electric cars. A fault had also showed on the app which resulted in the 12v battery needing replacing - 5 years since we bought the car from nearly new. All perfect again, now. Thanks again, Nathan.
